By accessing this site, creating an account, or purchasing any product ("Programs") offered by IT Career Acceleration with Kornelia Szabo ("we", "us", "the Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any Programs.
1. General All Programs are digital products (videos, worksheets, templates, AI tools, personalized reports, etc.) delivered via Thinkific or associated platforms. Specific details, pricing, content, and conditions apply per Program as described on the respective product sales page and/or dedicated terms page.
2. Access & License Upon purchase (where applicable), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use only. Sharing access, copying, distributing, or reselling any materials is strictly prohibited.
3. EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht
Our Programs consist of digital content and/or services not supplied on a tangible medium.
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Austrian law (§ 18 FAGG), the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where you have given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you will lose this right by starting the service.
By purchasing any Program, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge loss of the 14-day withdrawal right. This is because you gain immediate access to fully consumable digital materials and/or services whose value is used up (in full or in large part) within the 14-day period.
All sales are final subject to any specific refund policy stated on the individual Program page or dedicated terms (itcareeracceleration.com). Refunds outside those policies are not provided, except where required by mandatory law. For goodwill requests, contact [email protected].
4. No Results Guarantee Programs provide education, tools, templates, guidance, and (where applicable) personalized deliverables only. We do not guarantee any job offers, interviews, salary increases, career outcomes, or other results. Outcomes depend entirely on your effort and external factors.
5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Intellectual Property All content remains our property. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Termination & Changes We may suspend access or terminate for breaches. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
8. Governing Law Austrian law applies. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
